"Moving during Covid: Yikes! What terrible timing. I can't say enough about the excellent service provided to us by Bekins Moving and Storage out of Kelowna. We were out of country when Covid hit and were unable to attend the process in person. Shannon from Bekins met our realtor and provided an estimate which was very close to what we expected. The office was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and concerns of which there were many given the timing of the move. For various reasons relating to the pandemic we had to make changes to both the packing and moving dates and to the delivery dates. No problem! Everyone was polite, helpful, efficient, and accommodating - Shannon, Dawn in the office, Les, the dispatcher and Goeff, the driver and boss of the delivery crew and the members of the delivery crew themselves as they unloaded our belongings for us once we made it to Vancouver Island. This company is professional, efficient and excellent value for the money. I hope we don't have to move for a very long time but if we do we will definitely call Bekins.
